Buyers accept the normal risks of standard shipping, including delays, weather exposure, and plant stress. • All sales are final. Minor cosmetic damage, bent leaves, soil movement, yellowing, and acclimation stress do not qualify for refunds. • Contact us within two hours of delivery for severe shipping damage. Please include clear photos of the box, label, packaging, and plant. • Buyers are responsible for confirming their address, checking local weather, and researching plant care before purchasing.
