Live Sales: You can buy from the shop or start a basket during the Live Sale. Swaps and put-backs are allowed during the Live Sale only. Otherwise no returns and no swaps. Purchases must be completed before the end of the Live Sale. No basket holds at this time. Unfortunately, I just don’t have the space. Any unpaid baskets after the Live has ended will be placed back into inventory. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and wrong addresses provided at checkout. please ensure your address is updated when you purchases. We reuse boxes and other packaging materials to reduce waste and promote recycling. The box your order is delivered in might have other types of product or company information.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
