If plant arrives with any issues, box opening video must be sent and time stamped no more than 2 hours after arrival. not responsible for weather damage for plants left outside. tracking is provided so that you can plan on promt retrieval of your items. plea’s understand that plants can’t arrived with some shipping stress or minor cosmetic damage due to shipping mishandling. please message with any questions or concerns. we pack all our plants with love and care. please purchase winter insulation for cold weather. heat packs can be purchased for cold protection and recommend if your temps are sustained below 40 degrees Fahrenheit all day.
