If your local temperatures are above 90 degrees or below 45 degrees, we strongly recommend you purchase NEXT DAY or 2 DAY shipping from our shop. —————————————————— 🌱Each plant is fully rooted in a balanced substrate mix containing: perlite, tree fern fiber, and coco chips. In addition, this substrate contains a granular, slow-release fertilizer to help the plant thrive. Note: All plants are pre-treated with Minx 2 and Safari 20SG Insecticide Dinotefuran. (⚠️Note: These are strong commercial grade pesticides. After receiving your plant, please wait atleast 10 FULL DAYS before applying your preferred pesticide treatment). If more than one plant is purchased from my shop, I will bundle/combine all plants in one shipment/package/box. Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and destination. Please note, this cannot be determined during your “Checkout” on the PalmStreet app. Therefore, after purchasing your plants, PLEASE monitor your PalmStreet Message Inbox, as you may receive an “overage shipping fee” invoice from our Team, requesting an additional payment. 💆🏽‍♀️Care Instructions: There are certain risks associated with shipping live plants. Plants might lose new growth due to transit shock from transportation but, should recover and produce new growth soon after adapting to new environments. To alleviate this shock upon arrival: 1) water your plant lightly if, the substrate is completely dry, 2) do not immediately repot, 3) keep it warm and place it under a dome or grow tent with lighting. As your plant begins to revive, you can gradually remove your plant from the grow tent/dome/prop box/cabinet and let it start to acclimate to your existing atmosphere. If possible, for most Hoyas, wait at least 3 to 4 weeks or a month (depending upon the plant) before repotting. ** ONLY FOR HOYA PURCHASES** Many Hoyas may develop purple/black spots or streaks on the undersides of the leaves. This is completely natural and normal. PLEASE REMEMBER NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS!
