All my buyers who purchase plants at my live sales /store/ purges must agree to the following: I always strive to send happy and healthy plants that I grow at my nursery, personally packing them with love and care. Once the package leaves my hands, I'm not responsible for any lost, damage, or shipping delays that may arise with the shipping carriers. Please understand this. "Grower's Choice" or "GC" listings are randomly selected plants. They will roughly be similar; some plants may be bigger, and some plants may be smaller than the plant listed/shown on the live sale. It may also have cosmetic differences and genetic differences between individual plants. I strive to pick the healthiest and highest quality plants for your order** NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES Please message me within 24 hrs of receiving your package. If something is wrong, I can help make it right. Photos of the plants in question are required ALL SALES ARE FINAL SHIPPING -I ship Monday - Saturday, USPS -All winter orders ship priority mail by default -All plants ship bare root -Check your weather before you order. You may need to purchase a HOLD ORDER, heat pack or insulation if your temps are cold. -Order Processing * We ship with USPS Priority by default. Other shipping is not supported. Plants will be shipped bare root. / Order change: After we print shipping labels/close orders, We cannot guarantee that any change to the order will be applied after that. In the event we can't fulfill your order due to the health of the plant or other unforeseen circumstances, a full reimbursement will be provided. We will notify you within 24 hours. Soil Mix: Our general soil mix is 50% pumice and 50% cactus soil. We water our plants every 7 days due to the heat here on the island. Giveaway: 1) Giveaway will be shipped with USPS ground, and we offer no guarantee. 2) Entry with an add-on purchase only is NOT allowed and will be subject to cancellation.
