Live plants are perishable and can experience stress during shipping. It is normal for plants to arrive with minor damage, leaf shock, browning, melting, or other acclimation-related changes. These issues can be especially common with tissue culture and live plant shipments as they adjust to their new environment. Once your plants arrive, the buyer is responsible for providing the proper care and acclimation. We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishandling, lost or damaged packages, extreme temperatures, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please keep weather conditions in mind before purchasing, especially during winter or periods of extreme heat or cold. Shipping live plants during these conditions comes with some inherent risk. We will take reasonable precautions to help protect your plants during transit, including proper packaging, insulation, and heat packs when purchased or requested. However, once the package leaves our possession, the risk of shipping is transferred to the buyer.
