If local pickup or show pickup we will refund any shipping charges. Shipping is to your closets FedEx HUB for pickup! It is for the safety of the animal. Shipping is dependent on the weather and guidelines set by our shipping agency. Western Hognoses will NOT be shipped to Colorado or to Missouri, Illinois or Wyoming without proof of permit. Corn Snakes will NOT be shipped to Georgia or West Virginia. Laws can change in each state so make sure you're not required to have a license or import permit for a species before purchasing. There are no limitations to Ball Pythons in the lower 48 states. All sales are final. We guarantee the sex and if it is incorrect, within 14 days of arrival to buyer, we will exchange or compensate the difference. If we list a het recessive, we guarantee it based on us producing it or genetic testing. We can not guarantee all incomplete dominants in the ball pythons but we list those we are sure of and mention any other possible genes we can't guarantee.
