As living plants, minor cosmetic imperfections, natural variation, or signs of previous growth conditions may be present. Photos & Variegation Please review photos carefully before purchasing. Variegation, coloration, leaf shape, and growth patterns can change over time and are influenced by environmental conditions. Future growth cannot be guaranteed. Beneficial Insects & Plant Care Practices Rare Leaf Addict utilizes Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, including beneficial insects and preventative treatments, to maintain plant health. As a result, buyers may occasionally encounter beneficial insects or evidence of preventative plant care measures. These organisms are intentional, non-harmful, and part of a proactive approach to plant health. Shipping Plants are packed with care to help ensure safe arrival. Shipping delays, weather conditions, and carrier handling are outside of our control. We recommend monitoring your local weather before purchasing and considering hold requests during periods of extreme temperatures. Note: We may hold plants due to weather at our discretion for 2-day shipping. If overnight shipping is purchased we will discuss with you the safety if temps are above 95 or below 45. Upon Arrival Please bring your plant inside and open within 1 hour of delivery and take videos and pictures of unpacking as well as of the plant for live-arrival guarantee. Minor shipping stress, cosmetic damage, or acclimation-related leaf loss can occur and is considered normal for live plants. If there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include the clear photos and video of the unpacking and the plant. Sales Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are considered final. Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.
