We package all of our plants with the utmost care so they arrive to you in the best possible condition. There are times where the shipping carriers treat the packages…less than kindly…which the plants do not tend to like. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damages incurred in shipping, or with lost or stolen packages. Please take pictures of your box prior to opening if there is concern about shipping damage. Please reach out to me with pictures and video within 2 hours of delivery if there is concern with the condition of the plant or how it was packaged.
