MozaMorphs Terms & Conditions By purchasing from MozaMorphs, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Care: Our animals all get handled in one way, shape, or form. They all have their own individual personalities and temperaments. We keep all of our snakes on Coco Repti-Chip. Hot spots are 90 degrees and cool spots are the ambient temp of the tub. All of our animals are fed weekly or biweekly depending on their size and age on live rats that we breed in-house. If an animal is currently off food and is being sold, it will be disclosed. All proven breeders will be noted as well. Shipping Notice: Shipments are scheduled typically for Tuesdays only, with next-day delivery to your nearest authorized FedEx Ship Center. Age Requirement: Buyers must be at least 18 years old. Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live delivery when the animal is shipped to and held for pickup at an authorized FedEx Ship Center and is collected within 4 hours of arrival. Any issues with the animal must be reported immediately upon delivery. If a replacement is deemed necessary, we will either provide a comparable animal from our current stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receipt. We do not guarantee the temperament or disposition of any animal. Genetics Disclosure: Our animals are identified to the best of our abilities. No animal looks the same. All animals listed as “Het” (heterozygous) are guaranteed. Visual genetic identifications are based on our best judgment, taking into consideration the pairing used, our experience, ongoing research, and input from other reputable breeders. As some genetic traits can be difficult to identify with complete certainty, our listings reflect well-informed theoretical assessments. If genetic testing has been conducted, results will be shared as provided by the respective testing Payment Policy: Animals will not be released until payment is received in full and all funds have cleared. Sales are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, and no animal will be held without a deposit or full payment. Payment Plans: We don’t offer payment plans through Palm Street . Final Sales: All sales are final. All auctions are final. We will not refund “accidental bids.” They simply don’t accidentally happen. Shipping Details: We are FedEx certified and ship via FedEx Express Overnight only to your nearest hub. We e do not ship to your door. There is no reason to put the animals health at risk when it can be picked up in a temperature controlled environment. U.S. Shipments Only: At this time, we ship only within the United States.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
