TERMS OF SERVICE: Purchase of animal assumes you've read and agree to our TOS. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason, and at any time. These are our pets, whom we love. Thank you for understanding. 100% Live Arrival Guarantee * *Live Arrival Guarantee: Animals will arrive alive and healthy. Shipping will only be done between temperatures ranging between 40F-85F at both locations. We will mutually agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends. FedEx hub shipping only at this time. Animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, which means the package *should* arrive by 10:30 AM the following day. Please note that remote areas may have a delay in arrival time. I only ship Mon-Wed to insure that a gecko will not be stuck over the weekend due to the unlikely event of a shipping delay. Shipments are only available to the 48 contiguous United States. *Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct in order to validate this guarantee. Terms of Sale and Additional Guarantees: At our discretion, deposits of 20% or more are considered with the contingency that the gecko will be paid for in full within 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Unpaid balances are forfeited and no refunds are given. Live Animal Purchases Are Final - All live animal purchases are final. No refunds will be provided unless an animal is DOA and there is no item available of equal value for replacement. In case of a DOA, we must be contacted with photographic proof within 1 hour of arrival to the hub or within 10 minutes of pickup from the hub. 5 photos of the animal from multiple angles is required, or a 1 minute video. A replacement or store credit will be provided. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. Sex Guarantee: Every animal that is sold as male or female is 100% guaranteed to be sexed accordingly. Any animal that is sold as unsexed but labeled "probable, possible, NPV, or PV,” is not guaranteed. This is our best effort to pore sex the animal. * We are not responsible for death occurring from husbandry issues. Please do your research and ask questions before buying. * All animals are considered available unless secured by a deposit. No exceptions.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
