🌿 Welcome to our little plant store! 🌿 We are a Brooklyn-based small business 🗽 and truly thank you for your support! 💚 📦 ⏸️ Shipping & Holds Policy: If you need us to hold your plant, please purchase the “Hold My Plants!” option for $0.60, which allows us to hold your plant for up to one week. We do not hold plants for longer than ONE week. If there is more than one hold on your invoice, and no new order, the second hold is invalid and will ship out ONE week from the first hold. If you purchase plants while your order is on hold, the second hold will apply to that plant only. 🔄 Combining and/or Canceling Orders: We will always combine your orders from the same week 📦📦, but we cannot combine orders from multiple accounts. We will ALWAYS refund shipping overages. Our default shipping is TWO DAY, if your shipping charges do not cover two day, you will receive an invoice for the overages. If you purchase overnight shipping and charges do not cover, you will be sent an invoice for overages. 🏡 Local Pickup: We offer local pickup! Please send us a message 💬 to confirm location and availability. Shipping will be refunded once the plant is marked “Item Received” in Palmstreet. If you cannot pick up your plant within ONE WEEK of your first purchase, we will ship out your order. 📆 Shipping Schedule: Orders will be shipped Monday–Wednesday following the Live, weather permitting 🌤️❄️ 🌎 Long Distance Shipping: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require extra costs and longer delivery times ⏱️. Due to distance and climate, we recommend choosing Overnight ✈️ or 2-Day 🚚 shipping with weather protection. ❌ ALL SALES ARE FINAL — PLEASE BID CAREFULLY AND RESPONSIBLY. If you’d like to request an exception, message us ASAP. If an exception is approved, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. ❄️ Winter Shipping Notice: To protect your plants during cold weather, upgraded shipping is required throughout the winter, and we will only ship via 2-Day 🚚 or Overnight ✈️ service. To help offset winter shipping costs, heat packs and insulation are included at no additional charge. These measures are essential for safe winter transit 🌱📦. Once temperatures consistently warm up in the spring, we plan to lower shipping prices and offer standard shipping options again. ⚠️ Please note that our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to Overnight shipping only. If you’ve already purchased upgraded shipping in our Shop, that amount will be deducted from your final shipping total (and refunded if applicable). 🚨 Shipping Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays, temperature damage, lost mail, or other shipping issues including loss, theft, or damaged packages once they are with the shipping carrier. 💚If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please send an unboxing video 🎥 within 1 hour of delivery for consideration.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
