Animals are sold as unsexed, looping can be requested but is only an educated guess. Future color, size, or breeding outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Shipping, Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) ⚠️Shipping rates apply to the Continental United States only. ⚠️Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. may require additional shipping charges, which will be invoiced after the show if necessary. We ship Hub to Hub FedEx Priority Overnight, weather permitting. As the shipper, I reserve the right to hold the gecko until safe weather is established through out the entire route. Hub pickup is required unless otherwise agreed. LAG applies only if the buyer picks up from Hub within 2 hours of arrival and sends me a clear photo within 1 hour of successful pick up. LAG does not apply for carrier errors, delays, or unforeseen circumstances. There is always a slim chance of DOA, if this unfortunate circumstance happens, contact me immediately with pictures, compensation generally will be given in the form of credit for another gecko for the full price of original gecko. 3. Once the animal is in the buyer’s possession, we are not responsible for health, care, or outcome. Deposits are non-refundable.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
