Please take a moment to read the following before purchasing. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these guidelines. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📦 Shipping 🌿 Shipping Days Orders ship every Monday & Tuesday, excluding holidays. 📦 Shipping Costs Shipping is $25 for the first plant and $2 for each following plant until the box closes. Boxes are open from Monday - Sunday. 💚 Shipping Overages Any shipping overages will always be refunded. 🌡️ Weather & Packaging Please monitor your local weather before placing your order. Depending on temperatures, you may need to purchase additional insulation. ✈️ Shipping Restrictions At this time, Hawaii and Alaska have an extra shipping charge. This will be invoiced to you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌱 Live Plant Policy Every plant is unique - that’s part of the beauty of growing! Variations in leaf shape, size, color, variegation, markings, and overall appearance are natural and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the listing. Plants may also look slightly different from listing photos due to growth and natural changes over time. Please research each plant before purchasing to make sure you are comfortable with its care requirements. Plants are living things, not manufactured products. A little patience and understanding goes a long way. 💚 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📹 Arrival Policy Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you begin opening your package. This protects both you and me if an issue occurs during shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 4 hours of delivery and include: • 📸 Clear photos • 🎥 Your unboxing video • 🧾 Your order number • 🌱 Photos of the entire plant and any damage Please do not discard the packaging until we have had a chance to review the issue. I will always do my best to work with you and find a fair resolution. 💚 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌿 Returns & Cancellations Please shop responsibly and carefully review your order before purchasing. Because these are live plants: • All sales are final. • No returns or exchanges. • Order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. • Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations may no longer be possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a living plant and understand the risks associated with shipping live plants. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📦 Once Your Package Ships Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays, missed scans, and transit conditions are unfortunately outside of my control. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out! I genuinely want your plant to arrive safely and will do my best to help troubleshoot the situation. Please remember that live plants can experience stress during shipping. Some leaf movement, yellowing, drooping, or minor cosmetic damage may occur and does not necessarily mean the plant is unhealthy.
