We will do our best to ship them out as quickly as possible so that you may enjoy your new friend! 💌 We pack with love and care so make sure that your plant arrives happy and safe, but a little shipping stress can happen, such as browning of leaves, drooping of stems, or slight wilting. A little TLC, and they will be on their way to happiness! 🚚 Once your plant is with UPS, that package is officially out of our hands and is in the hands of the shipper. we will not be responsible for delays, damages, lost, or stolen items. if it does occur, UPS has $100 insurance on every package shipped through them, and you will need to contact the company. 💡 Please bid and order only if you’re ready to give your new plant a happy home. 🌿
