I pack with extreme care, but shipping tissue cultures and plants comes with inherent risk. I am not in control of the plant once it leaves my hands at UPS (default shipping method). Unboxing video within two hours of delivery timestamp required for claims. Live arrival guarantee only for overnight shipping. Plants are living beings. I will do my best to pack your order, but transit is an extremely stressful environment for plants. UPS 2-day is the default shipping method during winter months. Insulation is also provided with default shipping. I require heat packs if your daytime temps are below 45 degrees. I will hold your box if your daytime temperatures are below 20 degrees. I will make my best effort to communicate about shipping risks and recommend upgrades at the time of purchase or well before shipping. If you want a plant or TC shipped against any of the above polices, I will only do so with explicit agreement that you accept all responsibility for the state of your shipment.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
