Payment plans are available case-by-case depending on the animal and total price. Most plans require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) to hold the animal, with the remaining balance due within an agreed timeframe (usually 30–60 days unless otherwise arranged). Failure to complete a payment plan within the agreed time will result in forfeiture of all payments made and the animal being relisted. All sales are considered final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under our health guarantee. Auction Purchase policy All auction purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction ending. We do not offer combined shipping with any other snakes to ensure proper packing and animal safety. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms. We offer overnight shipping via FedEx to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for safe pickup, as well as local pickup when available. • Shipping is done Monday–Wednesday, weather permitting • Someone must be available to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt or pick up promptly from the hub • We reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures are unsafe for the animal We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive, healthy, and in good condition. • Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/pickup with clear photos or video • The snake must be accepted on the first delivery attempt or picked up promptly from the FedEx hub • Failure to follow proper pickup procedures will void this guarantee Any add ons with purchase of a snake will have a $10 additional charge for shipping If a valid issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. We provide a short-term health assurance: • Any health concerns must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the animal • We may request veterinary confirmation if necessary Abandoned Animal Policy: If a purchased animal is not picked up or shipped, and the buyer fails to respond to communication attempts for a period of 30 consecutive days after payment has been made, the animal will be considered abandoned. Ownership of the animal will revert back to Ark Genetics, and all payments made will be forfeited. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain communication and arrange a mutually agreed upon pickup or shipping date within this timeframe. By purchasing from Ark Genetics, you agree that you understand proper reptile care and local laws regarding ownership. We are always happy to answer questions before and after your purchase. At Ark Genetics, we strive to represent all animals and their genetics as accurately as possible. Some parent/s photos may be unavailable. Genetics identified based on breeder records and visual traits. We base all identifications on pairing records, experience, and visual traits. However, due to the complexity of some morphs and combos, no guarantees are made on unproven or possible hets. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent uncertainty of possible het genetics.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
