Mystery plants and Goths Choice selections cannot be swapped or changed. As a one-woman shop, I do ask for up to 12 days to ship your order, though most packages are sent out much sooner. I ship multiple days a week and work hard to get your plants out as quickly as possible while still giving each order the care and attention it deserves. I am extremely meticulous when packing and believe quality is of the utmost importance to help ensure your plants arrive safely and in great condition. Every package is packed thoughtfully, carefully, and uniquely with your plants’ safety in mind. If you need your plants by a specific date, please feel free to message me before or after purchasing and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If a cancellation request is approved before shipping, a 15% restocking fee will apply. --- Goths Choice Plants Some plants are offered as Goths Choice, meaning they are carefully selected from trusted wholesaler inventory. While the exact plant pictured may not always be the one received, every Goths Choice plant will be equal or better in health and quality than the example shown. Natural variation in leaf shape, size, variegation, and coloration should be expected. If a specific plant becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will contact you with the closest available match or alternative options. --- Shipping & Plant Condition Plants are living things and may experience minor stress during transit. Slight cosmetic changes such as: yellowing leaves minor blemishes soft leaf loss light dehydration loss of color This can occur during shipping and are considered normal. All plants are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment along with photos. --- Cold & Heat Protection Weather protection upgrades (insulation, heat packs, cold packs, or expedited shipping) are strongly recommended depending on your location and seasonal temperatures. Because conditions vary widely across regions, buyers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping protection at checkout. --- Dead on Arrival (DOA) If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos of: the plant packaging shipping label This allows us to review shipping conditions quickly and work toward a fair solution. Claims submitted after 6 hours of delivery may not be eligible. --- After Arrival Care Plant health after delivery depends on environment and care conditions outside our control.
