Welcome and thank you for coming! A few rules of engagement. 1. Feel free to engage respectfully with everyone. 2. All sales are final. No exchange, replacement or returns. 3. Canceled orders will have a 20% restocking fee. 4. It is important to understand that even with the most care, plants are living and delicate beings, at times some cosmetic damages could prove unavoidable. Please unbox your goods asap and any claims must include videos/pictures within 12 hours of arrival. 5. Be mindful of your weather. For temperatures bellow 50° and above 80° insulations is strongly recommended. For temperatures below 45° insulations and heatpacks are required and shopping upgrades recommended. The shop will not be responsible for damages losses or delays due to weather and lack of weather protection. 6. Boxes will be shipped between 7-10 business days (weather permitting). Boxes will remain open from Sunday evenings to the next Sunday afternoon (end of Sunday live) without additional shipping costs. Seller is not responsible for losses, damages or delays once delivered to the carrier. 7. Please bookmark, follow and have fun!
