I do not import anything. If something is TC grown I will state that in the item listing description. If there is another shipping method you would prefer please let me know and I can send you a listing for an updated price. I will also refund shipping costs if you are charged more than what the package costs to ship. I am currently not shipping to Hawaii, PR, or Alaska, sorry! If you live in CA it is a buy at your own risk due to me not being a registered nursery and the strict regulations they have. If temps are cold in your area please purchase insulation. I can not do anything about cold or heat damage to your plants if you do not purchase upgraded shipping and weather protection. Once the package leaves my hands I can not prevent how it is handled by the shipping carrier. LIVE ARRIVAL GAURANTEE is only good if you purchase next day air shipping. 💜No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations. Please don’t “accidentally” purchase an item. If you do state that you accidentally purchased an item I will charge a 30% restocking fee. Read the description of each plant for more info. If you have an issue with your order please take a video, within 2 hrs after being delivered, and reach out to me so I can make it right. I pride myself in good packaging and making sure your plants will be safe. 🧄 Keep in mind when it comes to corms or plants I can not guarantee variegation, so please purchase at your own risk. 📸I try and keep my photos updated. Keep in mind with time things grow, loose leaves, and corms get darker in color. I will send you new pictures if you purchase something from my shop and it looks different when I pull it. 💛 Heads up you may receive a couple good hitchhikers, aka beneficial bugs, when you receive your plants from me. I do monthly treatments with beneficials to keep away the bad bugs. 🛎️When bidding on items, whether long form auction or during lives, please bid responsibly. I will not return an item that was “out of your price range”. If you bid on a long form auction and you win but your payment doesn’t go through this is considered “ghosting” in my opinion and I will message and call you out on it. 🫶🏻 🐞 And one last thing!
