Exceptions may occur at my discretion only if the following criteria are met: ✅ Next Day Air shipping is purchased ✅ Appropriate weather protection is purchased (insulation, heat pack, ice pack, etc) ✅ An unedited, continuous unboxing video is sent to me within 4 hours of package arrival showing clearly sealed package and entire package contents upon unboxing Plant Arrival 🌿 plants may show signs of stress due to shipping. Some browning/yellowing/drooping leaves is normal. 🌿All plants in soil are treated with systemic granuals Variegated Plants/Corms ✨while the genetics are- I cannot guarantee variegation on plants and corms, and will not reimburse should variegation revert or not show. CORMS ✨I cannot guarantee all corms will sprout. A refund will not be issued in the event a corm purchased does not grow- its the gamble us corm lovers take ✨while the genetics are there for Variegated Corms, I cannot garuntee variegation. Luck of the draw. However, should your corm revert or not show var, there is still a possibility it could pass on the var genetics to its own corms, so stay positive!
