For the health of your new plant, I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. I you want your shipment sent out on any other day, you will need to message me. doing so will mean that you will take full responsibility for the condition of the plant upon arrival. All plants ship bare root, unless it is determined to be easier to ship in the pot. All plants, unless otherwise noted, have been grown outdoors, and acclimated to the Oklahoma sun.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
