Order Policy * Once a shipping label has been created, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Shipping Schedule * Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday to help avoid packages sitting over the weekend. * Shipping times may vary depending on weather, holidays, or carrier delays. * If multiple orders are placed, they may be combined into one shipment whenever possible. Live Arrival Guarantee * Plants marked as rehab, low quality, slow growing, or clearance are sold as-is and are not covered under the live arrival guarantee. * To make a live arrival claim, you must record an unboxing video beginning before the shipping box is opened. This video is required for any claims involving damage or missing plants. Local Pickup * Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made. Tissue Culture Plants * Tissue culture plants are delicate and may experience some yellowing, leaf loss, or minor mold during transit due to the humid packaging they require. * These changes are common and do not necessarily indicate an unhealthy plant. * Because of their sensitive nature, tissue culture plants are covered by the live arrival guarantee only when shipped overnight. Shipping Disclaimer * Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. * TheVariegatedLab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible. * Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
