Shipping: we ship M,T and sometimes Wednesdays to avoid plants sitting over the weekend We want everyone to love our plants as we do however delays can happen with shipping and those are out of our control once it leaves our care. We do not offer refunds or returns but please messages us if you run into any issues so we can try to resolve the matter
