I ship with 3-4 day shipping. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please DM me so we can discuss upgraded shipping, due to distance. I ship Plants on Mondays and Tuesdays. If it is in the winter months and temperatures are below 40 degrees, I would 100% get the Insulation and Heat Pack add ons to help combat the cold. They are priced at cost. I have shipped for a while, but if you have specific requests, please feel free to DM me. I use lots of polyfill and packing material. I am not responsible for how shipping carriers treat boxes/once it leaves my possession. I am also not responsible for delays in shipping. If something snaps in shipping, I am more than happy to help educate on how to propagate the plant if applicable.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
