Trading among other buyers is permitted as long as both parties agree. Do not pressure others to trade. Do not ask for extra items because of not getting what you wanted. In order to provide high value items like LFs and other high quality products, sometimes there may be low cost items to make up cost. Every item is purchased brand new and has monetary value regardless. I try to provide a light easy going live and I do not tolerate any disrespect or harassment. If you do not like products or how a live is ran then you are more than welcome to move to another live. Also once a package is shipped it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for post office or UPS employees. I make sure I package items as neatly and protected as much as possible but there is no GUARANTEE for every item to be delivered in perfect condition. As a buyer myself I have received damaged boxes and items and sometimes it may be from how it was packed but also from how it was handled during shipment. I personally know I package as well as I would expect it to be done. I will not refund for damages caused in transit. I will only refund for missing items. I have started taking pictures of packages in order to have proof of items shipped.
