Welcome to Saint Stephens Garden. We are plant people. Shipping: Continental US only. First item will be between $10-20 dollars, and additional items will be $3 each. To prevent plants from dying in a mail truck because they have been in transit too long, frozen, or cooked, we only do priority shipping 1-3 days with upgraded shipping available (overnight/express etc). We are not responsible for damages during shipping. Priority mail does come with $100 insurance through the shipper. Plants will be shipped every Monday or Tuesday to ensure plants have the highest chance of survival. Returns: we do not accept returns.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
