If you have something you'd like to see but don't see it, please ask - our selection is very large, and our contacts are varied - we can probably get it for you. We are fair, and customer service oriented, so we are happy to make baskets for you, as long as they are purchased in a timely manner. Of course, sometimes you may need a while to budget for something, and we are happy to work with you as long as you communicate with us. Pick up is available at our physical shop in Ashland, Ohio. If you messaged us and didn't get an answer, please try again. Sometimes we lose track, but we feel terrible when that happens. We want to give you our best customer service! We love to do giveaways. To keep our rock-bottom (pun intended) prices, we must charge shipping on giveaways, but it can definitely be combined with the shipping for your purchases. Freebies are sent with every purchase. All sales are final.
