Shipping UPS 2-day automatically. I always include insulation and a heat pack if needed. Please upgrade shipping if your box is large (more than three plants) and/or you live far away. I will automatically select the fastest shipping possible based on what you paid and refund any significant overages. **I am not responsible for anything that arrives poorly.** I will ship on Mondays. I’m not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or return to sender boxes. No cancellations or returns are accepted. If there are any issues, reach out within the first 24 to 36 hours of receiving the package with proof of unboxing. It’s always a good idea to film it.
