I typically ship on Mondays & Tuesdays so your packages arrive by the weekend. All sales are final. Please bid/buy responsibly. No cancellations or buyers regret requests. All orders will ship USPS (preferred) or UPS. If you prefer one over the other, please message me prior to your label being printed. Once the label is printed, it’s already been paid for and is final. I will hold orders for up to 7 days (1 week) only if you purchase the HOLD MY ORDER option in the shop. It’s just easier to keep track of this way for me 😊. Shipping will combine for all orders until the order status has moved to the ‘label printed’ stage. After that, you will need to open a new box with new shipping fees. Large/oversized packages will ship in the most reasonable way possible. If there are shipping overages due to weight or size I will reach out to you, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees in this instance. If buyer refuses to pay for shipping overages fees, seller has the right to cancel the order. I am not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages. All packages come with an automatic $100 insurance policy through the post office. If your order exceeds more than $100 shipped, I will reach out to you and give you the option if you would like to increase the insurance coverage for USPS’s additional fee. If there is an instance where your package is lost or damaged you can file a claim with USPS per their guidelines and requirements. Heat packs and insulation are strongly encouraged with temperatures below 50 degrees. Please keep in mind that I am in Pennsylvania and temperatures here will most likely be colder when shipped out! Just because you live in a warmer climate year round doesn’t mean the plants that you are buying have been! All my plants are grown indoors, temperature controlled and under grow lights. I keep my greenhouse at 80 degrees year-round with approx. 40% humidity.  

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
