Plant Condition • You are purchasing a live plant. Natural imperfections, minor blemishes, and cosmetic damage may occur. • We do our best to accurately represent each plant through photos and live video. • Growth, color, and variegation may change over time due to environmental conditions. • On growers choice there are no guarantees on size of corm. • No variegation guarantees on corms. Shipping • Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays. • We carefully package all plants to ensure safe transit. • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. • Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control. • Unboxing video required if there are issues so please record one. Video must be recorded within 2 hours of receiving your package. This protects the buyer and seller. •LAG-live arrival guarantee is only valid on UPS next day air w/proper weather protection purchase. • 2-day shipping is mandatory • Next Day Air is available in the shop Weather Disclaimer • Please monitor your local weather conditions before purchasing. • Heat packs and insulation may be available seasonally. • We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures after a package leaves our care. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy • In the rare event a plant arrives dead, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. • Clear photos and video of the plant, packaging, and shipping label are required. • Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may not qualify for resolution. Plant Care • It is the buyer’s responsibility to research proper care requirements before purchasing. • Plants may experience stress during shipping and need time to acclimate to their new environment.
