Proper care upon arrival is essential to ensure successful acclimation. Any leaf that shows possible signs of denial at import will be cut to ensure plant arrival! An unboxing video is required for any claims regarding plant condition within 4 hours of arrival. Please be aware that plants do not include support poles. Boxes left in freezing cold temperatures for a period of time are not covered. Once the shipment arrives in the U.S., all plants will be shipped overnight to ensure optimal conditions and plant health. Cosmetic damage is normal and not covered by live arrival guarantee
