We ship on Mondays/Tuesdays with default USPS priority. We pack our plants with consideration and care with the intention of them arriving with minimal travel stress. If your temps are below 40F please ensure you purchase appropriate heating or insulation add-on. We are not responsible for cold damaged plants without these add-on’s. If anything in your order is not what you expected, please take photos of the issue and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We want to work with you to ensure you are satisified with your order. We are happy to do custom bundles, please feel free to message us with any inquiries.
