Let’s get into the details: 📦 Shipping Info • Monday is shipping day! • Plants ship bare root (no pot or soil). • Seeds are hand-packed and labeled. • I reuse clean materials when I can. Less waste, more nature. 🌡️ Weather Note • Heat packs are available • We will not replace plants due to weather. Please check your temps before buying. Use the Hold my Order add on to hold shipping for one week. 🪴 When It Arrives • Plants are healthy when shipped. • If there’s an issue, message me with a photo within 48 hours. 🌱 About the Seeds • Grown and collected at the nursery, right here in Tucson. • I offer viable seed, but germination is up to your setup. 🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations • Message me before 8:00 AM (Arizona time) on Monday to cancel or edit an order (address change). • Cancellations before shipping are accepted but have a 10% processing fee to cover platform and inventory costs. • Once shipping labels are printed or boxes are packed, orders are final and cannot be canceled. • Orders that have shipped or are in transit are final sale (plants and seeds can’t be returned). • Returned-to-sender packages: I can reship (you cover new postage) or refund the item cost minus the original postage and 10% fee once safely received. Seeds must be unopened. • If I make a mistake, I’ll make it right: replacement or full refund (including postage) after a quick photo within 48 hours. 📬 Check Your Address!
