These are plants from my personal collection, grown and/or propagated by me with lots of love 🪴💚 Please read below before purchasing: FC = Fresh Cuttings: Freshly cut stems will be wrapped in a damp paper towel and foil to help maintain hydration during transit. Water tubes are not used on freshly cut cuttings, as excess moisture around a fresh cut can increase the risk of rot. 🌱 Boxes close on Sundays and will be shipped either Monday/Tuesday/Wed. Shipping carrier will vary. If you have a preference please send a DM. Upgrades with UPS are available in the shop. 🌱 All sales are final — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges 🌱 I’m not responsible for shipping delays, lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped 🌱 If a plant arrives damaged beyond recovery, Palmstreet Late Delivery Protection may assist (you can always reach out to me too — photos/videos may be requested) 🌱 If temps are an issue,I highly recommend upgrading to 2-Day or Next Day Air but at buyers risk. 🌱 Missing plant claims require an unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery 🌱 At this time I am not able to ship to HI, PR & AK 🌱 I reserve the right to refuse service Rooting service per cutting fee is $5. I will root your cutting using my preferred propagation method and provide normal care until roots “pass the tug test.” While every effort is made to ensure success, rooting is never guaranteed. If a cutting fails due to rot or natural causes, the service fee is non-refundable. The cutting order will be placed on a “Hold” until the cutting is ready to ship.
