All purchases are final. We do not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds on any orders, whether placed through auctions, live sales, or our shop. Please make sure you are ready to commit before completing a purchase. Payments Payment is due immediately at the end of an auction, live sale, or shop checkout. Unpaid orders may be canceled and the animal(s) relisted if payment is not received by Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST.. There is a 25% restocking fee for any cancelations. Orders will not be held without full payment. Buyer Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all state and local regulations regarding the animals they purchase. We cannot be held accountable for legal issues, confiscations, or restrictions related to your location. Turtle Sales Federal law restricts the sale of turtles under 4 inches. These animals are only available for educational, scientific, or exhibition purposes. Any customer purchasing a turtle under 4 inches must complete a written acknowledgment form confirming proper use. Shipping Information Shipping is a flat $69, plus $5 for each additional animal in the same shipment. Shipments are made on Wednesdays only. All packages must be delivered to a staffed FedEx facility for pickup. Signature is required. Customers must provide a valid phone number, email address, and hub location when confirming shipping details. Orders must be confirmed by Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST to be shipped that week. Combined Orders We are able to hold and combine orders from up to two consecutive sales (auctions or live). Orders will be packed together and shipped in one box under the standard shipping policy above. Live Arrival Guarantee We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee on all shipments sent to a FedEx hub. Packages must be picked up within two hours of arrival for the guarantee to apply. Shipments to residential addresses may be eligible under specific conditions. Please ask about requirements before requesting home delivery. Animal Descriptions All animals are sold exactly as described at the time of listing or live sale. Colors, sizes, and temperaments may vary naturally and are not guaranteed to match photos or expectations precisely. Order Completion Please update your Palmstreet account to mark your order as received and completed once delivery is made. Thank you for supporting our shop!
