Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail/FedEx to any location within the United States. 📦 Shipping on larger items may be adjusted to reflect their size. We can only ship plants in 6 inch pot sizes or smaller to Arizona. We cannot ship Junipers to California. We do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada. HI shipments are 2-DAY AIR and OVERNIGHT ONLY, exact shipping must be paid. Orders with values $500 or more require a signature upon delivery. ‼️⚠️NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR COLD DAMAGE!!! There is a risk when shipping tropical plants in the winter to areas that are below 40F. We recommend purchasing a heat pack at the shop. A heat pack may help protect trees from cold temperatures but there are no guarantees in the event of cold exposure or damage.⚠️‼️ PM with questions. ⚠️Our refund policy is ONLY for damage occurred during shipping (except cold damage). If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Photos of damaged trees, products and packaging materials are required. Please save all packing materials, including the box and label as it may be needed as part of the claim process. In some cases, the damaged tree or item will need to be shipped back to the nursery. All product and shipping issues are dealt with case by case.⚠️ ❗️Shipping fees are non-refundable.❗️ For returning items, you are responsible for packing the item properly and shipping fees. upon the items return in the same condition it left in, we will refund you for the item only. It is normal for plants to drop leaves, flowers and fruit during shipping. Some plants are photographed with flowers, we cannot guarantee that flowers and fruit will hold during shipping. If leaves drop, new growth should re-sprout in a few weeks if the plant is kept in their ideal condition.🪴 Most of our plants are tropical and ideally should be grown outdoors in tropical climates or in a greenhouse. However, it is possible to grow any plant indoors if the appropriate conditions are provided. Research growing plants indoors and see what you can do to help improve your indoor growing conditions.🏡

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
