We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. 📦 Shipping & Carrier Responsibility Once your package has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery. Any shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. 🌱 Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all plants. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, you must contact us within 2 hours of the marked delivery time with: * Clear photos of the plant * A short video of the plant * Photos of the shipping box and packaging Claims submitted after the 2-hour window cannot be honored. 🍃 Shipping Stress Please remember that you are purchasing live plants. It is completely normal for plants to experience shipping stress after being in a dark box for several days. Your plant may arrive with: * Yellowing leaves * Leaf drop * Droopy foliage * Minor cosmetic blemishes These are common reactions to shipping and are not considered grounds for a refund or replacement.
