Profits from plant sales help us care for foster cats and the feral colony in our neighborhood, providing food TNR and basic medical care when we can. Plants potted in leca or lava rock will be shipped partially bare root in moss. All plants and cuttings are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPS. plants in other substrates may also be shipped in moss depending on buyer location or at seller's discretion.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
