This is JoMai Exotics! We welcome you to our store! At JoMai Exotics we care deeply for our geckos and ensure responsible care for every gecko we own and produce! 1. Age Requirement: Buyers must be 18 years or older to purchase a gecko from JoMai Exotics. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our geckos to anyone we deem unfit to properly care for them. 2. Holds and Deposits: Holds on geckos require a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due within one week of paying the deposit. Holds will only be accepted during periods of time where shipping is not possible (When the weather is too cold or too hot) 3. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final once completed. No returns or exchanges are allowed, without exceptions. 4. Payment Responsibility: It is your responsibility to pay the balance in full by the agreed-upon deadline. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the agreement, with the gecko being re-listed and the deposit forfeited. 5. DOA Policy: In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 30 minutes of delivery and provide clear photos of the deceased gecko. If the DOA is determined to be our error, we will replace the gecko with one of equal value and the customer will cover shipping charges. 6. Carrier Responsibility: JoMai Exotics is not responsible for carrier delays or package loss. No credits or refunds will be given for carrier-related issues, even if they result in a DOA. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 7. Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health of our geckos for 48 hours after delivery. Official documentation from a licensed veterinarian and clear photos must be provided within 24 hours of delivery for any claims. If the cause of death is determined not to be due to circumstances while the gecko was in your care, we will replace it. 8. Tail Loss: Tail drops are a natural occurrence for crested geckos and do not affect their value or breeding ability. We do not guarantee or refund tail drops during the selling process or shipping. No refunds or guarantees are provided for tail drops during shipping. 9. Sex Guarantee: Sex is not guaranteed for juvenile or "possible" geckos, but is guaranteed for adults. No refunds or guarantees are provided for juvenile or "possible" geckos that do not turn out to be the sex that was desired at the time of purchase. 10. Terms and Termination: If either party chooses to end the agreement prior to product delivery, the customer is responsible for all incurred costs up to that date. No refunds, returns, or exceptions will be made. By purchasing a gecko from JoMai Exotics, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these terms. Please understand that we are and will try to be as flexible as possible. We will do our best to understand our customers concerns, these terms are here to protect us, not to make the purchasing process difficult.
