Please only claim if you are 100% ready to complete checkout through the app. Repeated non-payment may result in being blocked from future sales. CHECKOUT & PAYMENT All purchases must be completed through Palmstreet checkout. Unpaid items/claims are subject to cancellation. COMBINED SHIPPING / MULTIPLE CLAIMS If you claim multiple items during a live or across lives, they will be combined into one shipment when possible. Please follow any instructions given during the live regarding checkout timing or bundling. SHIPPING * Shipping is processed through Palmstreet labels * Orders ship Monday-Wednesday each week* Tracking will automatically update in the app * USPS PRIORITY shipping method will be used unless an upgraded method is attached to your order. upgrades are available in the shop. *Anything sold through my store (purchased by itself), that is NON LIVING, will be defaulted to the cheapest shipping option available (I.e. 3d printed items, trellises, corm cups, etc) LIVE PLANT DISCLAIMER You are purchasing a live plant shown during a live sale. Please understand: * Plants may have minor cosmetic imperfections * What you see on the live is what you will receive (unless otherwise stated - you will also be notified of any significant change in your plant before shipment) WEATHER & SHIPPING RISK Buyer assumes responsibility for weather-related risks. * Add-ons like insulation or heat packs should be requested if needed * I am not responsible for damage caused by delays, carrier issues, or extreme temperatures ALL SALES FINAL Due to the nature of live plants and live sales, all purchases are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges. DOA POLICY If your plant arrives dead: * Contact me within 2 hours of delivery via Palmstreet * Provide clear photos/videos (plant + packaging) * Resolution (refund or credit) is at my discretion BENFICIAL BUG DISCLAIMER I do use beneficial bug’s preventatively, which means you may receive plants with these friends. It is always recommended to quarantine new plants coming into your home.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
