Successful rooting, acclimation, and future growth are not guaranteed. • Variegation varies. Future leaf color, pattern, and the amount of variegation cannot be guaranteed. • Shipping. Review shipping charges and the announced shipping schedule before purchasing. Confirm your delivery address and message us before buying if extreme temperatures may require special arrangements. • Open promptly. Bring your package indoors, unpack carefully, and inspect your plants upon delivery. Clear unboxing photos or a video are encouraged. • Something wrong? Message us through Palmstreet within 24 hours of delivery for plant issues. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the plant, packaging, and concern. Keep the packaging while we review your claim. • Fair resolutions. Minor cosmetic shipping wear does not qualify for a refund. Significant damage, incorrect or missing items, active pests, and items materially different from their description will be reviewed under Palmstreet’s policies. These guidelines do not override Palmstreet’s buyer protections. • Keep it respectful. No harassment, spam, or unsolicited promotions.
