-We ship all orders Monday through Friday with UPS. -Our customer service and shipping department is CLOSED ON WEEKENDS and some National Holidays. -Shipping is a flat fee of $12.50. There is no additional fee attached per item added to an order but please keep in mind that the flat $12.50 fee is the cost to ship most average-sized orders. WE MAY REACH OUT AND REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES FOR VERY LARGE, BULK ORDERS OR VERY HEAVY PACKAGES. -BOXES CLOSE DAILY MONDAY-THURSDAY. We can normally combine all orders placed on the same business day. We will not hold boxes open and orders placed on different business days will not be combined. -There are NO CANCELLATIONS FOR items won at AUCTIONS, TC purchases, or SPECIFIC plants (including those labeled as EVSRACK or SAMSRACK). Our team works very hard to provide these special and often rare plants so, we kindly ask that all customers bid or purchase responsibly and with care. -We will not price match or offer price adjustments. NO EXCEPTIONS

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
