I am licensed nursery in Wyoming. Plant Condition: Photos and live videos show the actual plant unless otherwise stated. Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal with live plants. Please read listings carefully for root status, import status, or rehabilitation plants. Shipping Orders are packed with care to protect plants during transit. Items will be shipped within 2 weeks. Weather protection (heat packs/insulation) is available when needed. Please monitor your tracking and bring your package inside as soon as it arrives. Live Arrival: Some shipping stress, such as a yellow leaf or minor damage, is normal. Contact me within 2 hours of delivery if your plant arrives with a major issue. Include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. Sales: All sales are final unless the plant arrives significantly different from its listing. Cancellations after a live claim or auction win are not accepted. Buyer Responsibility: Please research the care requirements of your plants before purchasing. I cannot guarantee how a plant will perform after it arrives due to differences in care and growing conditions. Community: Be kind and respectful during live sales.
