Wet Pets Las Vegas- Palm Street Live Sale Terms & Agreement By participating in any live sale, auction or purchase through Palm Street with Wet Pets, you agree to all the terms below: ALL SALES All sales are FINAL. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or swaps. All corals are WYSIWYG unless stated. All bids are legally binding (Palm Street requires swipe confirmation). Failure to complete purchase may result in a permanent ban. 2. AUCTIONS & BIDDING Formats: Snipe Mode (final bid at zero wins; price may rise quickly) and Standard Mode (bids under 10s resets timer). You are responsible for all your bids-bid responsibly. 3.PAYMENT All auction items must be paid through Palm Street only. No in-store, cash or alternate payments. 4. LOCAL PICKUP Select “Local pickup” before purchase. IF shipping is selected by mistake; items must be picked up first, then shipping is refunded to original payment (no credit/exchanges). Pickup within 72 hours with item/episode numbers. Unclaimed items may be moved to holding. Wet Pets is not responsible for items after holding or missed deadlines. Management may approve replacements/credit for unhealthy items at pickup. 5. SHIPPING UPS next day air. We can ship Monday through Wednesday. Holidays will shift things if it falls on one of those three days. No cross show combining as we will be doing about one a week. Extra charges may apply for heavier boxes. Shipping fees exclude materials and labor. 6. SHIPPING LIABILITY Once shipped, UPS assumes possession. Not responsible for delays, lost/missing packages, late delivery, or incorrect addresses. No insurance provided. Report issues to BOTH Palm Street and Wet Pets. Claims handled via Palm Street. 7. DOA POLICY Report within 2 hours of delivery. Submit photos; sealed bag + shipping label + episode/item numbers. Failure to do so voids claim. Credits only (no refunds), shipping non-refundable, no second credits. 8. NON_GUARANTEED ITEMS No DOA/Warranty on sensitive corals (SPS,Bubbles,Plates). Buyer assumes risk. 9. ACCLIMATION DISCLAIMER Appearance may vary due to shipping stress and lighting. Corals viewed under Ecotech XR15 Blues Gen6 with orange filter. 10. FRAG PLUG Removing coral from plug/disc voids all guarantees. 11. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY Not responsible for weather exposure, delays bringing packages inside, or improper acclimation 12. ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers responsible for correct address. No responsibility for incorrect/outdated addresses or rerouting. NO credits issued. 13. GIVEAWAYS No cash value, no exchanges, not guaranteed, not DOA covered. Promo credit purchases not eligible for replacement. 14. STORE CREDIT No in-store credit/gift cards or discounts apply to live sales. 15. DISPUTES Chargebacks, disputes or ban evasion= immediate permanent ban + reported to Palm Street. Multiple accounts will be penalized. 16. SUPPORT Contact via Palm Street messaging (preferred method) or Wet Pets. 17. SCHEDULE Typical Wednesdays 7PM. Will change as we build a WET PETS COMMUNITY 18. AGREEMENT Placing a bid confirms acceptance of all terms. 19. FINAL NOTE Bid responsibly, have fun, and Share. Thank you for all the support.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
