Shipping: I ship on Monday & Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. 2-Day Shipping is strongly recommended. Insulation, Ice packs, and/or Heat packs. Insulation, ice packs, and heat packs are available for an additional cost. Shipping plants in temperatures below 35 degrees is not recommended. Shipping plants in temperatures above 90 degrees is not recommended. Your discretion is advised. **Purchasing thermal insulation, ice packs, or heat packs does not guarantee live arrival!** Carrier Delays: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after drop off. I am not responsible for weather-related damages or temperature stress. Shipping to the USA only! Some plants may be fresh cuttings and/or lightly rooted. I do my best to advise you of it. Please do not purchase if you have no experience in cuttings. No refunds for failed rooting, acclimation issues, or improper care. Condition of Plant: Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping. (Leaf loss, yellowing, soil shift, damaged leaves, etc.) The plants that are shown during a live sale is the exact plant that you will get. If there are major flaws, you will be advised of them. Acclimation stress is normal and not eligible for refunds or replacements. Returns & Refunds No returns or exchanges accepted. Refunds are issued only if you receive the incorrect order. Live Arrival Guarantee: This is only valid with overnight shipping. Package must be opened within 2 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Guarantee is void if you: Decline recommended ice packs, heat packs, and/or insulation. Package left outside. Incorrect address provided. Delayed due to carrier issues.
