Upgrades can be purchased in the shop. I refund shipping overages when applicable. If the shipping fee DOES NOT cover 2 day shipping, you will be invoiced to cover the expense. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may cost more in shipping - and take longer to ship. Overnight shipping is recommended for purchases made from these areas. Buyer-requested cancellations may be accepted before a shipping label is created and are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee accounts for administrative costs and the lost opportunity to sell live-sale inventory to another buyer. Once a shipping label has been created or an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available. Repeated cancellations may result in a customer being removed from future lives. ALL PLANT SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Buyer remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with normal natural variation is not grounds for a refund. Weather, natural events, and unpredictable carrier delays happen—please be mindful of this when choosing shipping options. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, circumstances outside of my control may affect its condition or delivery. I am not responsible for minor shipping stress, weather-related damage, carrier delays within normal delivery timeframes, or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Claims involving significant shipping damage, loss in transit, or unreasonable carrier delays will be handled in accordance with applicable PalmStreet policies and protections. If there is an issue with your plant PLEASE contact me within 24 hours! I am a small business as well as a buyer myself - I want the opportunity to make it right. I do not offer variegation guarantees. All plants are unique and subject to genetic differences - just like you and I. Due to this, corms sold may not have the same variegation as the mother plant. This is an inclusive space and I always refer to both the sellers and community guidelines created by PalmStreet. Please be kind, respectful, and treat others the way you want to be treated.
