Our ship days are Mondays and Tuesdays. The default shipping method is USPS PRIORITY, we are happy to accommodate any change in shipping. Additional fees may apply. Scalpel & Stem offers a live arrival guarantee as long as the following conditions are met: 1. An unboxing video must be provided to us within 12 hours of delivery confirmation from the shipper. 2. Heat packs must be purchased when temperatures fall below 45F during the week of your items shipping. 3. We do not ship in December due to the high volume of lost and delayed packages as well as the unpredictable weather. We can accommodate requests but our live arrival guarantee will not apply. All orders may be canceled with no questions asked up to the day of shipping. We are always here for questions or concerns.
