🌿US SALES: LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEE GUIDELINES 🌿 ☀️‼️DUE TO THE SUMMER HEAT‼️☀️: An uninterrupted unboxing video must be sent to us within one hour of the mail carrier's time-stamped delivery for any & all claims. Shipping Schedule & Transit Time • We typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays, with occasional Wednesday shipments if there is an overflow. Standard shipping time is generally 2-3 day ground. We ship with UPS or FedEx and occasionally USPS. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Requirements Our LAG covers both corms and plants. To be eligible: * You must purchase the required winter protection and shipping upgrades as detailed above. * An uninterrupted unboxing video must be sent to us within one hour of the mail carrier's time-stamped delivery. * We are not responsible for delays, damage, or decline (including weekend delays) caused by the shipping carrier. While we pack carefully, minor cosmetic issues like bent stems or yellowing leaves may occur during transit. Order Holds & Cancellations • We are happy to hold your order if you are concerned about the weather. However, once an order is placed on hold, cancellations are not permitted. We also do not guarantee variegation on future leaves of plants that have been held. 🪴 Plant Care & Policy Details Acclimation & Initial Care * Temperature: If your plant arrives chilled, let it rest at room temperature overnight before introducing it to higher cabinet/tent temperatures. * Repotting: Do not repot any Alocasia within the first two weeks of arrival. Repotting your Alocasia upon arrival voids any and all guarantees. * Humidity: We recommend keeping the cup or dome on your new plant initially. Alocasias thrive on high humidity (we grow ours at 78°F+). Slowly adjust the plant to your ambient environment, as suddenly removing a dome can cause limp stems and leaves overnight. Watering Recommendations • We grow plants on the drier side to promote abundant root growth and prevent rot. * For Soil: Bottom water sparingly. * For Pon/Perlite/Stratum: Only water when condensation is nearly gone but not completely dry. * If your plant arrives dry from shipping, water it very sparingly to prevent excessive moisture uptake that can lead to rot. Adjust your watering frequency based on your home environment. Variegation, Issues, and Communication * Variegation in corms or future leaves is never guaranteed. We do, however, appreciate updates on your new sprouts as we track our mother plants' variegation rates. * Fresh Imports are noted and purchased at the buyer's risk. * While we do not offer refunds, please notify us immediately if there are any issues with your order. Because many of these plants are one-of-a-kind or available in extremely limited quantities, please read the rules before claiming: 📦 IMPORT & SHIPPING • Plants will remain in Thailand until export. • Shipping timelines may vary but we anticipate within the next 30 days. • Every effort will be made to ensure plants arrive healthy and in excellent condition. • Shipping costs via UPS 2 day and Next Day Air will be exact cost and determine based on location. By claiming a plant, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the acclimation process for fresh imports. ✅ LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE A plant is considered alive if the rhizome/growth point remains viable upon arrival. ❌ The following are NOT considered Dead on Arrival (DOA): • Yellowing leaves • Dropped leaves • Cosmetic damage • Shipping stress • Minor root loss • Loss of variegation due to stress • Plants entering dormancy • Acclimation-related decline A plant will only be considered DOA if the rhizome is completely compromised, with the entire rhizome/growth point being soft, mushy, and non-viable upon arrival. ‼️An unboxing video is required within 1 hour of receipt, no exceptions. Fresh imports commonly lose leaves while adjusting to a new environment.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
