Please be kind to each other and to our hosts.     2    All Sales Are Final on toys, plush, blind boxes, accessories, costumes, shoes, socks, make-up, face masks, art, pop-up shop purchases, Live Show purchases and sale items.     3    Exchanges for clothing sizes will be accepted for new products that still have the tags purchased within the last 14 days. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return OR you can return in person at the JapanLA store in Los Angeles.     4    Pick Up Orders will be ready the same day, after 2pm PST. You can pick up at our shop everyday 9am-7pm M-F and 11-7 Sat & Sun. Our address is: 233 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Orders must be picked up by the cardholder. Please bring a valid ID when picking up your order.     5    Shipping within the contiguous USA is $6.99 for your first item and $1 for each item added, with the exception of oversized items. These are items that are too large to fit in a normal box. Oversized items will have extra shipping costs calculated and will be called out on the shop listing or by the host.

While we encourage sellers to establish clear and detailed shop policies, these policies must align with Palmstreet’s platform policies and Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between a seller’s shop policies and Palmstreet’s platform policies, our platform’s policies take precedence. This ensures a consistent and equitable experience for all users.
